TAUT & SUSPENDED

1st part

First I made 14 models respecting the theme of taut-suspended with materials with neutral colors (white, beige, brown) you can find in your everydaylife. Among the 14 models, there is 3 group of 4 models each and every group has a 3rd notion to make a difference beteen each group.And the 2 left models are mixed from the other 12 models I made.

Then I made an heuristic map about the 2 notions :

2nd part

La 2ème partie est la partie exploratoire qui est une phase de recherches et qui nous permet de définir un contexte, une sitiologie, un axe de recherches et un cahier des charges pour mes 2 dispositifs.

My 1st device is a swing with the notion SWING.

I presented the history of the swing.

I made researches on videos, références and articles (I annotated them with key-words) to help me in the conception of my own swing.

I defined a position where I would place my device, as well as a specification and a sociological, economic, and environmental context.

My 2nd device are overlayed hammocks with the notion RELAX.

I presented the history of the hammock.
